1.VIP card's lost:
        If the VIP card has been lost or stolen, please inform VIP club. Members should fill in a new application form to get another new card and pay RMB50 for service charge. The new card has its new number, and the validity period is the same as the old one. At the same time, the old card's preferences or coupons will not be reissued. After the validity date, the coupons will be automatically aborted and can not be used again.
        2.Membership Cancellation：Members can withdraw VIP card in five days after receiving the card and not yet using it, but a written application for cancellation is required. The complete member properties (including VIP brochure, kinds of coupons and membership card) and the relevant invoice should be returned. If the above-mentioned condition is not fulfilled, your claim for the refund will not be accepted.
        3.Special permission: Being a member of VIP club of Xiamen Yeohwa Hotel means that you agree with the hotel VIP club and its subordinates to keep & update your personal data in confidential, and agree to receive the mobile messages and accept relevant hotel materials by mail.
        4.VIP card of explanation: Xiamen Yeohwa Hotel reserves all right to amend delete or change the benefits and terms and conditions in this membership at any time without prior notice. Membership card can only be used for the nominated member. Membership is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of enrolment. Member should show valid VIP card before enjoying the preference. Membership VIP card and all coupons do not carry any cash value. And the membership card is not valid for any credit privileges.
